My mom and I visit every year for our special mother-daughter weekend, and we had another fabulous experience! We received such a warm welcome upon our arrival, and our room was absolutely perfect. Great care was taken to make sure everything we could possibly need was provided. Breakfast at the Harvest Cafe was wonderful- everything was prepared with the freshest ingredients. The shops in the village featured a great variety of products. We purchased many of our favorite food items, olive oils and vinegars, handmade soaps, and home decor items, as well as holiday gifts for family and friends. We love visiting Kitchen Kettle Village, especially during the fall season. The grounds are well cared for, and the fall foliage is magnificent! Thank you for all of your hard work.

Always a great experience when lodging at Kitchen Kettle Village. We have tried a few different rooms within the village, and every room is always spotless and cozy. Customer service is always top notch. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Kitchen Kettle Village.

I treated my mother to a weekend in Lancaster for her 75th birthday, and our stay at the Kitchen Kettle Village Inn & Suites made it truly special. We’ve visited the area many times and stayed in neighboring hotels, but this was our first time staying onsite—now we can’t imagine staying anywhere else. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from Becky at check-in set the tone. Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We stayed in Benjamin House, Room 502, just steps away from all the charming shops. The suite was beautifully renovated—thoughtfully furnished, spotless, and so comfortable. The décor, furniture, and bathroom fixtures were all lovely and exceeded our expectations. What meant the most to us was the extra care the staff put into making my mother’s birthday memorable. The special treats left in the room touched her heart and made her feel celebrated. Those small gestures truly went above and beyond. We had such a wonderful experience and will absolutely be returning. Thank you again to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable and for treating my mother with such kindness on her special weekend.

This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The inn is centrally located to so many great attractions, it's very convenient, many local shops are within easy walking distance. The shops in the village are enjoyable and everyone is very friendly. We stayed in the Bauer house and the room is upstairs with no elevator access to take that into account when booking, you will be climbing stairs but the room is totally worth it with a big soaking tub (which takes some planning to fill with hot water, but feels amazing after a day of walking around town). The staff was incredibly helpful through the entire booking and check in/out process. You can also walk across the street to AAA buggy rides and a wonderful doughnut shop! We will definitely be staying here anytime we visit PA. We also went to the PA Renaissance Faire and the Inn was an easy 35 minute drive away so it made for a relaxing and fun weekend.

My partner and I stayed at The Inn at Kitchen Kettle Village over New Year’s with our service dog, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax and truly enjoy our stay. Traveling with a dog can sometimes feel limiting, but this inn made it feel seamless and genuinely welcoming. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional staff. Every interaction was met with kindness, attentiveness, and a sincere desire to make our visit special. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location itself is charming and peaceful, especially over the New Year holiday, and it offered the perfect balance of cozy retreat and walkable village atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed, well cared for, and already talking about when we could come back. We would happily stay here again and again, and wholeheartedly recommend The Inn at Kitchen Kettle Village to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, stay with outstanding service.

Our stay at Kitchen Kettle Village was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained—comfortable in every way. The surrounding area is peaceful and scenic, with lovely local shops and a relaxing village atmosphere. A special mention to the front desk lady who welcomed us—she was warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Her kindness and helpful attitude really added a personal touch to our stay. It’s the perfect place for a cozy, memorable getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We’ve been staying at the Kitchen Kettle Inn & Suites for a few years now. Never had we had such a pleasurable experience at other Inns or hotels. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and the lodging is top notch. We get the 2 room suites as it’s cozier and price comparable to getting 2 hotel rooms. Staying in the middle of the Village for shopping and being in the heart of Amish country is a great experience. The breakfasts are as delicious as they are plentiful. The ONLY downside is that the rooms sell out fast during peak times and weekends. Plan ahead and book when you know your dates.
